309 Terms & Conditions — Platform Usage Rules

This document outlines the terms and conditions governing the use of the 309 platform by all registered users in Malaysia.

Please read this document carefully in its entirety before registering for or using any services provided by 309. By registering or using this platform, you agree to be bound by all the Terms stated herein.

Effective date: 1 January 2026. These Terms may be updated from time to time.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 309 platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all terms and conditions set out in this document, as well as any other policies published by 309 from time to time.

Use of the 309 platform is restricted to individuals who are eighteen (18) years of age or older. Users below this age limit are not permitted to register or use any of the services offered. 309 reserves the right to request age verification at any time and to suspend accounts that cannot provide valid proof of age.

These Terms define the legal relationship between users and 309. Continued use of the platform following any amendments to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the latest published version.

2. Account Creation & Security

Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the 309 platform. Multiple registrations by the same user — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment details — are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts along with forfeiture of any existing balances.

During registration, users are required to provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information. Inaccurate or misleading information may result in account suspension or closure. 309 reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time through a Know Your Customer (KYC) process, which requires valid identification documents.

Users are solely responsible for keeping their password and login credentials confidential. Any activity that occurs through a user's account — whether or not with their knowledge — is the responsibility of that user. 309 recommends enabling two-factor authentication for added security and advises against sharing login details with anyone.

3. User Responsibilities & Prohibited Activities

Users agree to use the 309 platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

  • Using automation software, bots, scripts, or any third-party tools to access or interact with the platform without prior written consent from 309.
  • Attempting to exploit, manipulate, or cheat the gaming system, payment system, or any other technical component of the platform.
  • Using your account for money laundering, financing illegal activities, or any other suspicious financial transactions.
  • Sharing, transferring, or selling your account to another party.
  • Disrupting other users' experience or compromising the stability and security of the platform in any way.

Any breach of the above prohibitions may result in immediate suspension, account closure, and legal action under applicable Malaysian law.

4. Payments & Transactions (MYR)

All transactions on the 309 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that any registered payment method is held in their own name. 309 does not accept deposits from third parties or accounts that do not belong to the registered user.

Available deposit methods include DuitNow, GrabPay, and approved local bank transfers. Processing times vary depending on the method chosen — DuitNow and GrabPay are typically processed near-instantly, while bank transfers may take between 15 minutes and 2 hours during business hours.

Withdrawals may only be made to the same account or payment method used for the original deposit, unless 309 provides written approval otherwise. Prior to the first withdrawal, users must complete the identity verification (KYC) process. Withdrawal processing takes between 12 and 24 business hours after verification is completed.

309 reserves the right to decline, withhold, or review any transaction suspected of involving fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, 309 will notify the user and may request additional supporting documents before processing the transaction.

5. Account Policy, Suspension & Limitation of Liability

Account Suspension & Closure

309 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion that the user has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or used the platform for purposes that violate Malaysian law.

In the event of account closure due to a suspension, 309 reserves the right to withhold any balance associated with the suspected activity pending the outcome of an investigation. If an account is closed at the user's own request with no breach involved, any valid balance will be refunded within a reasonable timeframe once identity verification has been completed.

Limitation of Liability

309 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including losses due to technical disruptions, processing delays, or unauthorised access to user accounts. 309's maximum liability to any user is limited to the amount of unused deposits held in their account at the time of the incident.

6. Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms

Intellectual Property

All content on the 309 platform — including designs, logos, text, images, software code, and user interfaces — is the property of 309 or its licensors and is protected under Malaysia's intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, distribute, republish, or modify any content without prior written consent.

Third-Party Links

The 309 platform may contain links or references to third-party services for users' convenience. 309 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. Users access such links entirely at their own risk.

Changes to Terms & Governing Law

309 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon being published on the platform. Users are encouraged to review this page periodically to stay informed of the latest version. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from these Terms are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.
